If you're without a flat bottom wok, fear not, as this wok ring allows you to cook comfortably on most modern hobs, using a round bottom wok.
Place the ring onto the hob, and simply sit the wok atop the ring. The ring is only 4.5cm tall, so heat will travel easily to the wok.
While the round bottom wok is more authentic, we have a range of flat bottom woks available here, which are suitable for modern hobs.
