A useful pan for sauces, gravies & milk. This durable milkpot is part of Stellar's 1000 series, meaning it is made from mirror polished stainless steel. As high quality, 18/10 stainless steel, the pan is rust resistant, and retains its polish.
A thick base to the pan provides outstanding heat distribution, helping to prevent burning and boil sauce evenly.
The pan is oven safe, up to 210°C, allowing sauces to be prepared in advance of the meal and kept warm in the oven.
